ISN Community Film Award

The ISN pioneered a special film event at the World Congress of Nephrology (WCN) on Saturday 13 April, 2019 in Melbourne Australia. The concept was to showcase films that reflect patient experiences or provide education for patients on renal topics, such as commencing dialysis.

Similar to submitting an abstract, ISN, ANZSN and APSN members were invited to submit a short film that either educates about chronic kidney disease, dialysis or transplantation or reflects patient experience. Non-member submissions should be submitted via a member.

At the congress, during a special session, WCN 2019 participants voted for the best film out of 6 films preselected by a jury.

The ISN Community Film Awards was kindly supported by SaferCare Victoria.
